RFP P47-104r: Montgomery Planning On-Call Strategic Communications Consultants

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission’s (MNCPPC) Montgomery Planning Department is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms capable of providing on-call strategic communications support that will help advance the goals outlined in the Department’s Strategic Plan. Montgomery Planning intends to award contracts to full‑service communications firms capable of providing comprehensive support across multiple categories of service. Firms must be able to demonstrate that they are capable of delivering services across all of the categories of service to be considered.
