This home contains the following: 2 x 6 exterior framing with an insulation value of R-26 Electric baseboard heaters Electric hot water heater Asphalt shingle roof Laminated vinyl plank flooring in kitchen and bathrooms with enough material to finish the living room and hallway Cabinets, vanities with countertops, sinks bathtub/shower in guest bathroom, walk-in shower in master bathroom and toilets. Through this RFP process, the highest qualified proposals will be forwarded to a committee of Butte-Silver Bow officials and Highlands College -Formal negotiations for a closing the sale and development agreement are expected at the end of this process. The minimum sale price is $190,000 The property will be open for viewing by interested parties on February 25th and 26th, 2025 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at Highlands College, 25 Basin Creek Road, Butte, MT 59701 Proposals are due by 5:00 PM on March 12, 2025.
