Objectives to be determined on a project-by-project basis but shall be similar in breadth and detail to those listed above for Scratchers® concept testing. At the Lottery's request, the Contractor may be required to provide additional associated services in support of quantitative spending exercise/market simulation research services. The Agreement resulting from this RFP will be for a period of two (2) years with two (2) optional one-year extensions.
