NOTICE TO BIDDERS TOWN OF WARRENSBURG NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Warrensburg is seeking Bid Proposals to Resurface and Paint/Line two (2) Tennis Courts and three (3) Pickleball Courts at the Warrensburg Recreation Field, 45 Library Avenue, Warrensburg, NY 12885, to include the following: Measurements: 157’x110’ RESURFACING — All Five (5) Courts: 1) Mill, shim, and overlay existing court surfaces. 2) Remove all loose and broken asphalt. 3) Cover existing cracks with Petro-Tac self-adhesive membrane prior to shim course. 4) Finish layer to be 1.5" minimum thickness Type 7 New Asphalt. PAINTING & LINING — Tennis Courts (2): 1) Apply sport court surface coating in colors to be selected by the Town. 2) Paint all tennis court lines in white per USTA standard layout, including baselines, sidelines, service boxes, and center marks. PAINTING & LINING — Pickleball Courts (3): 1) Apply sport court surface coating in colors to be selected by the Town. 2) Paint all pickleball court lines per USA Pickleball standard layout, including baselines, sidelines, non-volley zone (kitchen) lines, centerlines, and service areas.
