NOTICEREQUEST FOR PROPOSALRFP # STC-26-003ANNUAL FINANCIAL AND COMPLIANCE AUDIT SERVICES Closing Date:  Thursday,June 25, 2026Spindletop Center is seeking proposalsfrom public accounting firms with community mental health and IDD center,governmental entity experience for Annual Financial and Compliance Auditing Services. If you are interested in submitting aproposal, please carefully adhere to the instructions, requirements, anddeadlines presented in RFP #STC-26-003. A copy of the Request for Proposal(RFP) may be obtained by contacting the Chief Financial Officer, DeniseLeBlanc, via denise.leblanc@stctr.org.  In accepting proposals, The Center reserves theright to reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities and reasonableirregularities in submitted documents, and to waive any requirements in orderto take the action, which it deems to be in the best interest of the Center andis not obligated to accept the lowest cost proposal. The Center will not payfor any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and/or submission of aproposal.  Furthermore, the RFP does notobligate the Center to accept or contract for any expressed or impliedservices.  The Center willonly release names of the vendors who have responded to this solicitation afterthe Center’s evaluation team has evaluated the proposals and an award has beenmade and approved by the Center’s Board of Trustees. Proposals must be submitted and received by the CenterNO LATER than 5:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, June 25, 2026.  Full submission instructions are specified inthe RFP #STC-26-003.  Proposals receivedafter the date and time above shall not be considered.
