    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Colusa is Requesting Proposals to establish a banking relationship with a financial institution located in the City of Colusa to support the daily financial operations of the Colusa County Treasurer/Tax Collector’s Office, more specifically detailed in the Scope of Work section of the Request For Proposal (RFP). Proposals must be received by December 12, 2025 at the Clerk of the Board of Supervisor’s Office, 547 Market St., Suite 102 Colusa, California 95932 no later than 4:00 p.m. The RFP is available on the County website at www.countyofcolusaca.gov in the Bids section. Each proposal shall be enclosed and submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing the project name “RFP-TTC Banking”, and the proposer’s name. Oral, telephonic, faxed, or emailed proposals will not be accepted. The County of Colusa reserves the right to reject any proposal(s).
