In honor of the 250th Anniversary of the United States’ Independence, the City of Eagle Pass, Texas, is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide Sound Production and Music Services for the 4th of July Event. The City intends to secure two (2) live performers or entertainment acts, with a total combined budget not to exceed $250,000. Vendors are encouraged to submit multiple artist and production options—including primary and secondary performers—across different budget levels. Each proposer shall submit: One (1) proposal in the low-range category (up to $75,000) One (1) proposal in the mid-range category (up to $150,000) One (1) proposal in the high-range category (up to $250,000) Plus, up to three (3) additional proposals within any of the three categories of their choice Each bidder may therefore submit a maximum of five (5) proposals total, offering a range of entertainment and pricing options that best align with their capabilities and the City’s objectives. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing all sound production, stage management, and performance coordination necessary to deliver a high-quality entertainment experience that reflects the patriotic spirit and community pride of Eagle Pass.
