    Description

    Hays County, Texas (“County”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform Disaster Recovery – Debris Monitoring Services in the event of a man-made or natural disaster. The County is preparing for future disasters by entering a pre-event contract for Debris Monitoring Services, on an “as-needed” basis. The County will accept proposals from qualified contractors with experience in disaster and debris monitoring services and the preparation, response, recovery, and mitigation phases of any emergency or disaster. The awarded disaster debris monitoring management contractor (hereinafter referred to as DMC) shall advise and support the County during a disaster recovery effort and shall be responsible for coordinating with and overall monitoring of the County’s debris removal contractor(s) (hereinafter referred to as DRC) and recommending efficiencies to improve and expedite DRC recovery work.
