RFP26-007 - RFP26-007 Transportation Services for Ogden City School District

The Ogden City School District Board of Education (“Board”) is requesting proposals for the provision of bus service herein for the start of the 2026-27 school year. The enclosed Specifications outline all the requirements and conditions for furnishing this service. Any aspects of the service not addressed by the Specifications are left for the proposer to address. The proposer needs to state any assumptions on which its proposal rests. The contract will be awarded to the best proposer as determined by the Board. It is appropriate to emphasize that the lowest proposer may not be the best. The Board recognizes the complicated nature of delivering safe, reliable, efficient school transportation. Read the entire proposal request carefully.This RFP is designed to provide interested parties with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements, but it is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Respondents are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement.The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any non-statutory informality. The District further reserves the right to make the contract award deemed by the Ogden City School Board of Education to be in the district's best interest. The board's decision to accept or reject the contract will be final.
