All work must adhere to the Code of Virginia Administrative Code Chapter 610, Sewage Handling and Disposal Regulations as relevant to the issued permit. The system shall carry a minimum one (1) year labor warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s warranties. Contractor to provide all necessary permits/approvals, materials, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, supplies, and other items needed or required to safely execute and perform all work in accordance with the Attachment D, OSE Construction repair Permit HDID: 099-26-0034-SR including all code requirements and any addenda contained in the scope of this request.All quotes must be received by July 6, 2026 no later than 2 pm local time at the GWRC Offices at 406 Princess Anne Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 or by email at septicrelief@gwregion.org.
