Notice is hereby given that the City of Seabrook is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from eligible and qualified institutions within the State of Texas for the following:
RFQ# 2026-14 WAYFINDING, DIRECTIONAL, GATEWAY AND FACILITY SIGNAGE SYSTEM DESIGN PROJECT
Sealed Request for Qualifications for the City of Seabrook’s WAYFINDING, DIRECTIONAL, GATEWAY AND FACILITY SIGNAGE SYSTEM DESIGN PROJECT, Seabrook Project No. 2026-14 will be received until 2:00 PM on August 11, 2026 by the Purchasing Coordinator, Rebecca Howton, 1700 1st St., Seabrook, Texas 77586. Statements of Qualification must be received and time stamped by the Purchasing Coordinator prior to the aforementioned time, when they will be publicly opened at Seabrook City Hall. No late SOQ’s will be accepted. SOQ documents may be obtained from the city website at www.seabrooktx.gov, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com, or through at www.civcastusa.com.
SOQs may also be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. To submit an SOQ electronically, an account will need to be created in Public Purchase, and then RFQ 2026-14 can be accessed for electronic submission. INTENT
The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify and select a qualified signage, wayfinding, and graphic design professional or firm with demonstrated expertise in municipal branding, gateway signage, directional signage, facility signage, district identity signage, parks and nature interpretive signage, and comprehensive wayfinding systems. The selected firm will work collaboratively with the City and applicable regulatory agencies as necessary to review existing branding concepts, prior sign mockups, and committee recommendations; complete all signage designs that have not yet received final City approval; and develop a cohesive, implementation-ready Citywide Signage and Wayfinding Strategy and Implementation Plan that reflects the City’s adopted branding vision while meeting all applicable local, state, accessibility, transportation, and permitting requirements.
