University Health (UH) is seeking professional services of qualified firm(s) to serve as Architects(s) and Engineer(s) system-wide and provide architectural and/or engineering services pursuant to Subchapter A. Seq. of the Texas Government Code to perform Architectural & Engineering design services for multidisciplinary, multi-phased project of a large scale to include a new Pharmacy Addition, Pediatric and Adult Clinic Renovations, Administration Renovation, including equipment planning and space planning, to include Exterior Facade Improvements, and parking lot upgrades. The selected firm shall perform the services in accordance with the work described in the Scope of Services and in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications. The professional services will be under the direction of the Planning, Design and Construction Department (PDC).
