Pre-Bid Walkthrough: A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on Wednesday March 11, 2026, at 9:00 am CT. The walkthrough will include all four (4) locations in which the elevators are installed. Interested offerors shall meet at the Fond du Lac Garage located at 2932 N 35th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53210. Th purpose of this meeting will be to walk through the properties with the Building & Grounds department leadership and the Bid Administrator and identify the elevators and the offerors to ask questions.
