    Milwaukee Transport Services, Inc,(hereinafter called "MTS"), operator of the Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS), is seeking informal bids for quarterly maintenance, inspections and repairs (as needed) of five (5) hydraulic elevators located at for (4) Milwaukee County properties, as maintained by Milwaukee Transport Services, Inc., operator of the Milwaukee County Transit System, (MCTS). Pre-Bid Walkthrough: A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on Wednesday March 11, 2026, at 9:00 am CT. The walkthrough will include all four (4) locations in which the elevators are installed. Interested offerors shall meet at the Fond du Lac Garage located at 2932 N 35th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53210. Th purpose of this meeting will be to walk through the properties with the Building & Grounds department leadership and the Bid Administrator and identify the elevators and the offerors to ask questions.
