Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District is accepting qualification-based proposals to provide architectural services in accordance with the instructions, specifications, terms, and conditions, contained in this Solicitation. Resulting contracts will include architectural design services for (Option 1) the Renovation Project at Clemens High School and Lehnhoff Stadium; and (Option 2) establishment of an IDIQ pre-qualified Architect Pool related to construction, replacement, repair, renovation, and rehabilitation projects as provided by Texas Government Code Chapter 2254, Subchapter A. Respondents may submit for a proposal response for the Renovation Project only; IDIQ Architect Pool only; or for both the Project and Pool List.If your firm intends to respond to both projects, both service options must be selected and all required documentation must be submitted separately for each scope of work. Do not combine references or project examples across scopes. Each scope will be reviewed independently by different evaluators and will only include information relevant to that scope.The District intends to select one (1) firm for the Renovation Project. For the IDIQ Pre-Qualified Pool, the District intends to select up to five (5) professional architect firms for use on an as needed basis depending upon project scope and specialty.
