The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to perform interior renovations at the County’s existing facility located at 101 Blue Seal Drive, Leesburg, Virginia 20175 (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”). The Project is located on an approximately 4.48-acre site (County Parcel ID 2344099610000), owned by the County of Loudoun Board of Supervisors. The Project will include renovations of approximately 37,137 gross square feet of interior space, designed to create dedicated areas for the Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Developmental Services (MHSADS), as well as the Department of Family Services’ Hypothermia Shelter.The selected General Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of neighboring residents, Loudoun County staff, and the public throughout the Project’s construction phase. As the Project is located adjacent to a commercial area, strict adherence to all applicable local and state ordinances governing work hours and noise levels is required.
