The Project will include renovations of approximately 37,137 gross square feet of interior space, designed to create dedicated areas for the Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Developmental Services (MHSADS), as well as the Department of Family Servicesâ Hypothermia Shelter.The selected General Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of neighboring residents, Loudoun County staff, and the public throughout the Projectâs construction phase. As the Project is located adjacent to a commercial area, strict adherence to all applicable local and state ordinances governing work hours and noise levels is required.
