    The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC), Department of Environmental Health and Engineering (DEHE), is assisting the Native Village of Karluk (Owner) with planning, design, and construction efforts for Water Treatment Upgrades. As part of this project ANTHC is soliciting quotes to deliver non-frost susceptible (NFS) Gravel Material to Karluk, AK and stockpile at the location identified. This solicitation requires the Contractor to produce aggregate needed to complete the Water Treatment Plant bedding and Water Storage Tank pad. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by the selected Specification sections and shall have experience with aggregate projects.Anticipated Schedule: The Project has an expected substantial completion date for all bid tasks of 15 June 2026 and final completion date of all the bid tasks of 1 July 2026.Award Statement: Award will be based on the total of all Tasks listed on the Bid Form.
