REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Sealed proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the proposals will be opened. The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time. ITEM BID OPENING Proposal No. RFQ 100/034/26 May 1, 2026 Downtown Residential Traffic Calming Study 11:00 AM For Demonstration Project- Re-Bid The Town of Andover is requesting qualifications for Traffic Engineering Services from qualified firms to provide design and support services for a demonstration project funded by a Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant. Specifications and qualification forms may be obtained on the Town website located at www.andoverma.gov/bids. The Engineering fee is to be negotiated, but not to exceed $150,000.00. No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. Andover is an affirmative action/equal opportunity purchaser.
