This acquisition is a critical replacement for existing equipment that has reached its end-of-life (EOL) cycle. To ensure operational continuity and maintain technical uniformity across the Department’s current fleet, no substitutions will be accepted The established quotations will allow the Department to order directly from the lowest, most responsible, and responsive bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers. The County may waive any discrepancy to a technicality or make the award in any manner that is most advantageous to the County. The County shall not be held to any minimum amount order. The County may award the purchase without negotiation; therefore, bidders should submit their lowest pricing initially. ALL prices quoted should include shipping and handling, delivery, fuel surcharges, and freight. Any contracts/terms and conditions that require a signature must be uploaded with the response. In addition to your bid response, please upload a detailed quote (include, delivery, sales tax, and all applicable costs) on your company letterhead.
