Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for providing professional Architectural and

Engineering services for the Commercial Terminal Area Expansion Program at the

    Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP).

Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District has developed a comprehensive Commercial

Terminal Area Expansion Project Definition Plan (PDP) to support continued growth and

enhance passenger amenities. The plan includes expanding the terminal to provide space

for a new Baggage Handling System (BHS), new north bag claim hall, adding

seven (7) additional aircraft gates, enlarging concession areas, expanding the security

checkpoint area, upgrading and expanding the central utility plant,

expanding/constructing administration offices, constructing a new Federal Inspection

Station (FIS) and international arrivals curb, apron construction, and completing other

miscellaneous terminal improvements and enabling projects. The initial phase will focus

on expanding the terminal to accommodate the new BHS, which will include structural,

architectural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades to the existing terminal, as well as the

construction of two (2) new buildings located on the existing Terminal Apron.

Subsequent phases may be implemented over the next five to eight years based on

    available funding and team performance.
