(ExistingVCT flooring underneath the carpet to remain.•Demolition of sheetrock at office 1 and the north side wall at office 2.•Removal of the existing windows at office 1 and office 2.•Demolition of the existing front counter.•Demolition of the existing door and frame at office 2.•Removal of the existing old HVAC thermostats.Construction:•Install new soundproof insulation (Rockwool safe & Sound or approved equal or better).•Install new 5 / 8” type x sheetrock.•Patch and texture to match existing. Paint walls with semi-gloss interior paint by Farrow & Ball, color:Hague Blue No. 30 or approved equal or better (1,728 sf. Approx.).•Prep floor as needed and install new sound control underlayment and Vinyl Planks flooring to matchthe back room (1,140 sf Approx.).•Install new 4” wall base (250 LF Approx.).•Install new rubber transitions to match wall base color.•Install new HVAC Thermostats.•Erect a new wall with 20 ga. Metal studs 16 O.C. and 5/8” sheetrock and soundproof insulation(Rockwool Safe & Sound or approved equal or better).•Install a new 3-0 x 6-8 x 1 ¾ SC wood door with Brown-tone Timely frame.•Paint doors with semi-gloss water base paint. Color TBD.•Install new vertical wood acoustic panels (Slatpanel Premium Walnut Acoustic Panels or approved equalor better).Electrical:•Install a new 20-amp duplex receptacle.•Install a new 2x4 electrical box with ¾” conduit from above the ceiling grit for data drops (Cabling willbe installed by ITS).•Install new receptacles and light switches in the entire office (white color).•Replace all existing light fixtures with new LED fixtures. Note: Replace the emergency battery operatedfixtures accordingly.•Remove the existing light switches located outside office 1 and tie the lights to the entrance lightswitch.
