Develop and/or refine a comprehensive Local Evaluation Plan (LEP) aligned with BSCCCalVIP requirements;2. Design data collection protocols, participant tracking systems, and outcome measurementtools;3. Conduct process and outcome evaluations for all major project components;4. Assess implementation fidelity for evidence-based violence intervention models;5. Monitor program progress toward violence reduction and stabilization outcomes;6.
