    Description

    General Information about this solicitation: The Town of Palm Beach ("TOWN") is seeking Submittal of Qualifications from qualified painting contractors to perform interior and exterior coating services for various Town facilities and properties on an as-needed/as-required basis including but not limited to, painting, staining, wood refinishing, metal coatings, flooring, coatings (paint & epoxy), masonry/concrete coatings, fiberglass, electrostatic painting/coatings, etc. Pressure cleaning of surfaces prior to applying coatings may be required and shall be included in this solicitation. The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, tools, labor, management, supervision, trucks, gas, oil, safety equipment and any other materials and equipment necessary to complete the work, as specified.The intent of this "Request for Qualifications" is for the Town to potentially select multiple Applicant Firm(s) capable of providing Painting services specified herein. When the need arises, the Town will send a specific scope to pre-qualified firms and request quotes. Based on that scope, firms will submit their bids. The lowest price and/or most advantageous proposed bid will get an award for the project.NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually via the Microsoft Teams meeting platform. Date/Time are specified in the "Events" section. To join the meeting please see the instructions included under "Files" or copy/paste the URL in the "Events" section into your browser. Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only forum to seek clarification directly from the Contract Coordinator, the Town's Consultant and Town staff.AWARD: Awards shall be made to the Proposers which offer the highest qualifications to the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive non-material irregularities or technicalities and to re-advertise for all or any part of this solicitation as deemed in its best interest.
