    Award Method: To the responsive and responsible bidder who submits the Lowest Cost bid for the option chosen by the Office of the New York State Attorney General and meets all subscription requirements outlined in the Description section. License Term: 36 months (7/1/2026 – 6/30/2029) Description: The Office of the New York State Attorney General (OAG) intends to procure under State Finance Law §163(6) a Discretionary Purchase for a qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) or a qualified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) vendor to provide LinkedIn. This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 3 of the Veterans’ Services Law or pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law. We are seeking response bids that meet the following specifications: Recruiter Seats w/Basic Career Page – Per Seat – 36 months Hiring Assistant Seats – Per Seat - 36 months Job Slots– Per Slot - 36 months Dashboard Manager Seats – Per Seat – 36 months Questions and Answers: Questions must be directed to purchase@ag.ny.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST on April 28, 2026, with the subject line: LinkedIn Learning Hub for Government [Vendor Name]. Responses to timely questions will be sent by 4:00 PM May 1, 2026. Submitting a Bid: A Cost Proposal Response form is posted with this Contract Reporter advertisement (see Documents tab). Bidders must complete and submit the Cost Proposal attachment to purchase@ag.ny.gov no later than 12:00 PM on May 12, 2026. Failure to respond or meet the deadlines of this solicitation will be considered a “no bid.” Award and Payment: A one-time Purchase Order covering a 36-month period will be issued to the winning bidder for submission of invoice for licenses. Invoices should be billed annually.
