By way of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Salinas City Elementary School District (“District”) seeks proposals from lease-leaseback contractors (“Contractor” or “Firm”) to provide pre-construction services and lease-leaseback construction services for the District’s Multipurpose Buildings at Sherwood, Kammann And Mission Park Elementary Schools (“Project”).
