    Description

The City of Shasta Lake (City) is soliciting qualifications and proposals from qualified Consultants to provide engineering design services generally related to the design of a new wastewater collection system in the Summit City neighborhood. This project is funded by a State of California Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) planning grant. It is the intent of the City to hire a single qualified Consultant team that can provide the following services: Project Management; Environmental Compliance and Permitting; Division of Financial Assistance (DFA) Construction Application Assistance; and Engineering Design. Interested consultants are invited to submit qualifications in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ&P). The City anticipates accomplishing the work associated with the project for a cost not-to-exceed $2,000,000. The successful Consultant must be aware of the budget limitations and be able to provide a clear plan for delivering a project that meets the project goals within the project budget constraints on a set schedule.
