REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS REMOVAL OF BASKETBALL FLOOR IN ANNEX AND REPLACE WITH PORTABLE FLOOR PROVIDED FROM MAIN ARENA AND THEN REFINISHED Notice is hereby given by the CITY AND COUNTY OF BUTTE-SIVLER BOW, MONTANA (City-County) that it will receive written statements of qualifications from firms or individuals to remove the current basketball floor in the annex and replace with portable basketball floor provided from main arena. When in place, sand and refinish per owner’s discretion. Proposals will be received at or prior to 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) June 20th, 2025 at the Butte-Silver Bow Clerk and Recorders Office, 155 West Granite Street, Room 208, Butte MT 59701. What we are looking for in a qualified company is to remove the current basketball floor located in the annex and replace it with a portable basketball floor provided from main arena. Then deep floor sand and refinish per owner’s discretion. The floor will be striped for intercollegiate & high school basketball, volleyball, and pickleball. RFQ will be posted on the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow website at http://co.silverbow.mt.us/bids.aspx. Accordingly, the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow reserves the right to negotiate an agreement based upon fair, reasonable and competitive rates, as well as the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed to represent the best interests of the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow.
