The Pineville Housing Authority (KY039, hereafter “PHA”) requests statements of qualifications from experienced affordable housing development firms (“Co-Developer”) to provide co-development and consulting services related to the repositioning of PHA’s public housing portfolio. This effort is anticipated to include RAD/Section 18 Small PHA Blend transactions and may incorporate the use of low-income housing tax credits (LIHTCs). The PHA intends to reposition all its public housing units and, upon completion, close out its public housing program.
