    The Bungay Elementary School Building Committee (“BESBC”) and the Town of Seymour, Connecticut (“Town”) are requesting sealed qualifications and sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive project management and owner’s representative services (“Services”) to the Seymour Public School District (the “District”) and Town, in connection with the planning, design, construction, and closeout of a project for the construction of the new Bungay Elementary School building and grounds at 35 Bungay Road, Seymour, Connecticut 06483. The Services to be performed by the selected firm are described in detail in Exhibit A to the Instructions to Proposers in the RFQ/RFP. The selected firm will be the owner’s representative and project manager engaged by the Town and BESBC for the Project. The solicitation is both a request for qualifications and a request for proposals (RFQ/RFP).
