    Description

    In accordance with the provisions of the General Appropriations Act (GAA), Article IX, Section 16.01(i), (2025), the Texas Ethics Commission ("TEC") requests information from law firms interested in representing the TEC in the areas of law described below. This RFQ is issued to establish a referral list from which the TEC, by and through its Office of General Counsel, will select appropriate counsel for representation of the TEC on specific matters as the need arises during from the date signing an outside consel contract to August 31, 2027. The TEC invites responses to this RFQ from qualified firms for the provision of legal services under the direction and supervision of the TECs Office of General Counsel. The TEC will engage outside counsel with experience in the areas of law listed under Section 4.
