The project will focus on vulnerable road users defined by their mode of transportation (pedestrians, bicyclists and motorcycle riders) as well as demographic subgroups with traffic safety vulnerabilities. The planning process will require an equitable, inclusive, data-informed approach.All questions concerning the RFP are to be sent to capitalprojects@columbus.gov. The projected scope date will be specified in the RFP. If the Project Manager is not available, the Consultant may designate an alternate to attend in their place.1.2 Classification: All proposal documents (Request for Proposal, reference documents, addenda, etc.) will be available for review and download on Bonfire at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login after the RFP is advertised.
