Attached for your completion in this matter is the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with instructions. The Agreement for the project shall be a Lump Sum agreement. Responses to the RFQ must be received by SUNY Oswego Purchasing Department, 402 Culkin Hall, Oswego, NY 13126 at the campus on or before 4:00pm on Tuesday March 3, 2026.
