Baruch College of the City University of New York (“University”) seeks a vendor to devise an international trip for the Zicklin School of Business’s Executive MBA and MS programs to Marrakesh, Morocco and Lisbon, Portugal, with an alternate trip to San Francisco and Silicon Valley, California if a trip to Morocco and Portugal is not feasible. The Program Dates are April 3-April 11, 2027. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Proposers must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing services of similar scope and scale as those identified in this solicitation. They should have extensive knowledge of the region in order to provide our students with a robust and quality program. Visits and speakers should be of highest quality. IMPORTANT DATES: Deadline for Questions: Thursday, July 16th, 2026 at 10:00AM. RFQ DUE DATE: Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Prospective Vendors may request a copy of the RFQ by email from the Designated Contact listed below. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).
