    Description

    The DeKalb Regional Land Bank Authority (DRLBA) invites qualified builders, developers, and development teams to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to participate in the redevelopment and construction of residential and community-serving projects on properties acquired by DRLBA. DRLBA is a public authority established through an intergovernmental agreement between DeKalb County Government and the City of Lithonia to facilitate the acquisition, management, and disposition of vacant, abandoned, and tax-delinquent properties. DRLBA¿s mission is to return underutilized properties to productive use, stabilize neighborhoods, and support equitable community development across DeKalb County. Through this RFQC, DRLBA seeks to establish a qualified pool of developers and builders capable of redeveloping land bank properties into: Affordable single-family housing Workforce housing Rehabilitation of existing residential structures Mixed-use or community-serving development Neighborhood-scale commercial or community facilities Both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) and other capable development teams, are encouraged to apply.
