RFQu Design Build for Fees Elementary School

The purpose of the Request for Qualifications is to create a contract with a qualified team to provide Design Build Construction Services for design, preconstruction, and construction services for a High Intensity Innovation Center for up to 1500 middle school students (grades 6-8), replacement of Fees College Preparatory Middle School. The Owner intends to use a 2-phase solicitation process for a single Progressive Design-Build contract. Responding teams must demonstrate their ability to handle the technical and operational complexity of a $96 million project while minimizing disruption to active student learning on a potentially occupied campus.
