The project consists of the construction of a new total trihalomethane (TTHM) removal system and appurtenant work for the existing Richard Brown Water Storage tank which is a 0.275 MG welded steel tank approximately 82 feet in height with a diameter of approximately 24 feet located in Montville, Connecticut.
