    The Richardson Center Corporation (RCC) Buffalo, New York is soliciting proposals from Qualified Contractor(s) for the reconstruction of portions of our existing road and and existing sidewalks on the historic Richardson-Olmsted Campus in Buffalo, New York. This project includes reconstruction of approximately 800 LF of the existing ring road and 1,000 LF of the existing sidewalks plus select pavement repair on other portions of the ring road and sidewalks. In addition, this project requires painting pavement striping/markings and crosswalk markings for safe pedestrian movement throughout the Campus. The Bids will require site visits and additional details and scope will be discussed at that time. There are no MWBE percentage utilization goals, but participation by MWBE owned businesses is highly encouraged. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: NONE
