The deadline for Contractors’ Statement of Qualifications is on Friday, July 31st at 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) MVEDD reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any and all bids and proposals. SELECTION PROCESS: Responses will be evaluated based on: • Competitive pricing of total project • Relevant experience and past performance • Capacity to complete work within required timeframes • Commitment to regulatory compliance and quality control • Compliance with all state and village codes Evaluations will be completed by Friday, August 7th, 2026.
