    OC San is seeking comprehensive and strategic Right of Way (ROW) services necessary to secure all real property interests required for successful project delivery. Services shall be performed in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (Uniform Act), and in accordance with industry standards and best practices consistent with the International Right of Way Association. The Consultant shall implement acquisition strategies that minimize project risk, support schedule certainty, and promote fair and equitable treatment of property owners
