The project consists of constructing a steel-fabricated pedestrian bridge along the City’s River Trail to replace a bridge destroyed by a flood and, thereafter, in the course of installing the newly constructed bridge, selectively demolishing existing concrete work and installing new concrete footings. The project website will be updated with addenda, plan holder lists, bid tabulations, additional reports or other information relevant to bidding the Project. Official plan holders list will only be the list maintained by The City through the Civcast website. It is the sole responsibility of all plan holders, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the plans and specifications, to periodically check for Addenda which may have been posted on the Civcast USA website. Detailed instructions on preparation of the Bid packet must be obtained from the project website, www.civcastusa.com. No bids will be accepted after the deadline specified in the project documents or subsequent Addenda. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference shall be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at City Hall. All questions/inquiries regarding this project shall be directed through the Civcast USA website by Friday, May 29, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. CST. Questions received after the deadline for questions may not be answered.
