Robert and Ann Smith Park Disc Golf Improvements

This project includes construction of park improvements at Robert and Ann Smith Park in Mansfield. Robert and Ann Smith Park is located at  302 N Wisteria St in Mansfield.   Scope of work for includes construction of 18-hole disc golf course, pedestrian bridge,  construction of accessibility improvements at the existing parking lot and site improvements . Substantial Completion is to be achieved in 180 calendar days upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. 

The Owner will receive sealed bids at City of Mansfield, City Secretary’s Office, 1200 E. Broad St, Mansfield, Texas 76063, Attn: City Secretary, until Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 2 pm at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. 

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 2:00 pm in the Community Room located at the Shelly Lanners Parks Administrative Offices at 1164 Matlock Road, Mansfield Texas 76063. The deadline for submitting questions is July 10, 2026, at 5:00p.
