Rockport 2026 Street Rehabilitation

The Project consists of an ID/IQ unit-price construction contract under which Work will be authorized through Delivery Orders for street improvements at various locations throughout the City of Rockport, Texas.

The Work generally includes mill and overlay operations with limited pavement repair and related improvements including valve adjustments, manhole adjustments, accessible ramps, striping, and driveway improvements.

Estimated quantities included in the Bid Form are provided solely for purposes of Bid evaluation and comparison. Actual quantities and locations of Work may vary. Owner reserves the right to add, modify, postpone, or omit Delivery Orders during the term of the Contract in accordance with available funding and project priorities.

The apparent makeup of the initial Delivery Orders includes Enterprise Street from N. Pearl Street to Hwy 35 N, Market Street from S. Church Street to S. Water Street, S. Magnolia Street from Market Street to Hwy 35 N, and Water Street from E. 3rd Street to E. Market Street.

The total aggregate value of all Delivery Orders issued under the Contract is not expected to exceed $1,500,000.
