    Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority (Authority) is seeking bids from General Building Contractors (Contractor) or C-39 Contractor to provide roofing removal and replacement, dry rot repairs, and gutter/downspout replacements, repairs at its property located at 2520 Miller Ave., Modesto located within Stanislaus County. The Contractor will remove the existing roofing material exposing the solid sheathing; remove and replace any dry-rot material; remove and replace all fascia trim pieces; install 30 lbs. roofing felt underlayment; and then roof with three-tab composition shingles (color to be selected by the Authority). The Contractor shall obtain all required approvals and permitting through the local governing agency, fees shall be paid by the Authority. All local, state and federal codes and regulations shall be followed by the Contractor
