Electronic bids for the furnishing of all labor, material, services and equipment for constructing the beacon will be received by the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) through its eProcurement site at https://viportbids.ionwave.net, until Friday, May 29, 2026 unless otherwise amended, at which time all Proposals will be publicly opened and available for viewing via Ionwave. All bids will be reviewed pursuant to VIPAs Procurement Policies and Procedures, Section IV Competitive Bidding. A mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on May 5, 2026 via Microsoft Teams. The Virgin Islands Port Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any and all bids, or to re-advertise for bids.
