    Description

    On October 21, 2020, the City issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2021-012-WG. The purpose of the ITB was to establish a contract, by means of sealed applications, with qualified contractors to establish a prequalified pool of contractors to perform routine and emergency repairs to water, sewer, and stormwater systems on short notice on an “as needed” basis. The current term of the contract was for a period of five (5) years and is scheduled to expire on February 9, 2026. For the past 4 years, the City spent an average of $712,327.14 annually for these services. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish replacement contract(s) and maintain an eligible prequalified pool.
