The intent is to award a contract under Utah Procurement Code 63G-6a Part 15 for the purchase of Design Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The vendor with the highest- ranking will be selected to negotiate a contract at compensation determined to be fair and reasonable. If fair and reasonable compensation, contract requirements, and contract documents cannot be agreed upon with the highest ranked vendor, the state may proceed with negotiations with the next highest ranked vendor. Do NOT include pricing when you submit your qualifications.To submit to this solicitation, the Conducting Procurement Unit requests a copy of your resume along with a cover letter. Please ensure your resume and cover letter address the following items:1) Interpretation experience in legal settings, including average frequency of interpretation, duration (e.g., average length of hearings), and client type (e.g., 3rd district court, GAL, Board). Specifically list any prior experience doing interpretation for the Board 2) Availability to complete the contract terms: How will you demonstrate your availability to conduct Board hearings on a weekly basis and otherwise comply with the terms of the contract? 3) Court-approved or certified, including month and year of joining roster(s)
