Only attending bidders will be permitted to submit a qualifying bid. Plans and specifications will only be available at the MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING.ALL BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE UNDERSIGNED NO LATER THAN Thursday April 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM through email at facilitiesprojectbids@rsdmo.org. We will record the bid opening and share with all participants when bid tabulation sheets are finalized. No bids will be accepted unless submitted on the forms provided.
