Plans and specifications will only be available at the MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING.ALL BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE UNDERSIGNED NO LATER THAN MARCH 10, 2026 at 1:00 PM through email at facilitiesprojectbids@rsdmo.org.
