The scope of this construction project involves construction work to provide the lessee (aka “Arthrex”) a “shovel-ready” site within the Skyplex Development area.  The site is an undeveloped parcel of approximately 44.71 acres, located on the South side of Paul J Doherty Parkway, just east of the intersection of Skyplex Boulevard, 

Background

This design and construction work shall include but not be limited to:

• General site preparation

• Site clearing and grading

• Site filling and muck removal

• Site drainage

• Roadway access, Roadway construction

• Pond and dry retention construction

• Site water including potable and fire service, and sewer service

• Bringing leased sites to specified elevation (approx. 28.10 ft NAVD)

• Landscaping and irrigation
