Ruston Regional Airport 10-Unit T-Hangar, FAA AIG No. 3-22-0082-027-2026 (KSA No. 103712)

The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described within the contract documents. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract.

Items of work included in scope: 
1. Minimal selective demolition of asphaltic paving.
2. Construction of one 11,550 sq.ft. single story, pre-engineered metal building subdivided into 10 nested-T hangar unit and two support spaces. Exterior walls and roof to be pre-finished corrugated metal panels. Each hangar unit will have a motor-operated vertical bi-fold door with integral swinging man door.
3. Sitework includes new concrete apron surfaces abutting the building and new electrical.
4. Removal of debris and turning over to the Owner a complete operating facility.
5. Construction and connecting of utilities and paying of fees, permits, and inspection of services in these connections.
6. Grading (rough and finish) and earthwork related to the building foundation.
7. Top soiling, fertilizing, seeding and mulching of areas affected by construction activities.
8. Work included in paragraphs included herewith and in any section of specifications shall not in
any way limit responsibility of Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials
required by the contract documents.

All work shalll be performed under a single prime contract.
