    Purpose The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide Professional Services, herein “Services”, to assist the City in standardizing entrance monument signs. The Respondent must be able to perform the following Services. • Identifying the locations of all existing, and future, entrance monument signs; • Determining whether each sign is located within the right-of-way (ROW), on City-owned property, or on non-City property; • Evaluating compliance of existing signs with current City standards; and • Working collaboratively with the City’s Planning and Parks teams to ensure future monument signs meet design and placement standards • Providing recommendations for updated and standardized entrance monument sign design guidelines, including materials, scale, aesthetics, and placement considerations.
